Part of Pilgrims Way was in darkness last night as the street lighting around spur road ‘C’ failed. In addition to the lighting on the road itself, the lights in the immediate vicinity also failed – not good considering the wet paths due to the bad weather.

A man has been arrested in connection with a fire at an address in Pilgrims Way, Andover.
The 22-year-old man from Andover remains in police custody assisting with enquiries.
Significant damage was caused to the residential property as a result of the blaze which Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service attended at approximately 3am on Tuesday, January 19.

Detectives are appealing for information following a fire at a home in Pilgrims Way, Andover.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the address at approximately 3am this morning, Tuesday, January 19, after a smoke alarm was activated. Police were alerted at 4.40am.
