Dangerous Trees Removed.

As you can see from the Photograph, this area in Pilgrims Way, has now been cleared of trees.
The Paving Slabs have been replaced by new ones , thus making the area safer for pedrestrians.
This has been an issue raised at past residents meetings , which has now been resolved.

Man Arrested Over House Fire

A man has been arrested in connection with a fire at an address in Pilgrims Way, Andover.
The 22-year-old man from Andover remains in police custody assisting with enquiries.
Significant damage was caused to the residential property as a result of the blaze which Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service attended at approximately 3am on Tuesday, January 19.

Police Investigate House Fire

Detectives are appealing for information following a fire at a home in Pilgrims Way, Andover.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the address at approximately 3am this morning, Tuesday, January 19, after a smoke alarm was activated. Police were alerted at 4.40am.

Residents Meeting January 11th 2010

Due to the adverse weather conditions, the residents meeting had a poor attendance, however I must commend the residents that did take time to show their interest.
Further issuses where raised by the residents, which they are concerned with.

The lack of lighting in and around the garage areas

  this time of year, it has been reported that it is the worst winter in 30

Smashed Glass

A resident had a pane of glass smashed at their home in Pilgrims Way.

Bins Not emptied

Due to the bad weather of late, the black wheelie  bins have not been emptied.
The last collection was made on the 9th December 2009, the result the residents bins are getting full and some are overflowing, this is due to the Christmas period and the extra waste that we all incur during this time.
