Test Valley Borough Council have secured some money to make some improvements at Phoenix Park, the open space between Pilgrims Way and River Way – and they want your opinion!
An initial plan has been put together based on ideas and suggestions from the local community and from the Phoenix community association fete on 10th July 2010.
