Pilgrims Way in the Grip Of Winter

 We all know of the adverse weather conditions we are all experiencing at
  this time of year, it has been reported that it is the worst winter in 30
  years in this area.

  Because of the icy conditions T.V.B.C  have not been able to empty the  
  bins, some residents have had problems getting to work, as you can see 
  from the photograph cars cannot get up the hill, this is due to the lack of 
  salting, if T.V.B.C. replenished the salt bins this would not be a problem.
