Utility Cover Missing

A Utility cover has been removed from a footpath on Pilgrims Way. ( Location 205 )
This is a serious issue as this could be the cause of an accident.
The area in question is Highways responsibility, so let us hope that they will rectify this
problem before someone gets injured.
