Vandals Strike Again

A Pilgrims Way resident woke this morning 3rd October 2009,to find that his property had been vandalised.
The person or persons guilty of this act had sprayed a sticky substance on the residents outer and inner doors,as well as his plants in the front garden.
This type of Anti- Social Behaviour has got to be tackled and the perpetrartors brought to justice.
The incident has been reported and is now in the hands of the Police.
