Warning To Residents

A resident of Pilgrims Way, has issued a warning to all residents.
The resident in question stated that certain works were to be undertaken, however after seeing the result of the work decided enough was enough, the price quoted was £700.00 of which £200.00 has been paid.
The company are now demanding the balance of £500.00 and if this amount is not paid in full then they will reclaim the work that has been completed ?
